What does it mean?

I see another thread where the answer is pretty much "happens because of reboot", so if it's a not a big deal, great. The thing is, I've rebooted a few times before (like a week ago when I was setting up my UPS to auto shutodown my NAS) and I didn't get this security email.

ugh, I just realized I posted in the sharing sub section.... sorry.

That the system rebooted (those are bootup messages). In this case, you already knew that, but if you ever receive a similar message when you weren't aware that the system had rebooted, you would want to investigate the cause of the reboot.

Thanks, ya I just updated my post to say that I saw your reply in another tread related to just being 'normal' bootup messages, but I did a few bootups before and I don't have such security messages. A week ago I was setting up my UPS to shutdown my NAS and tested it after my fresh 9.10 stable install. So during that I had a bootup or 2 and no security messages, so that's why I got concerned.

ok thanks!
