When I was running freenas 8.3 on a usb stick, as far as reboots went the system always booted from the freenas usb stick.
Now I have upgraded to freenas 9.2, and now my system doesn't boot from the usb stick unles I manually tell it to, otherwise it tries to boot from a data disk.
Having to go into boot order on my server is rather defeating the object of having a headless server, Every time I may need to reboot, and hope that's not too often, it means connecting up a monitor and keyboard.
