Good afternoon Team,

Firstly my apologies for introducing myself this way, was going to post something once I succeeded, however its proving more difficult than I thought despite following the instructions and reading through the forums looking for someone with a similar issue, but no luck.

I inherited an old Business Server, an IBM Sytem x3200, specs below:
  • Intel Xeon X3210 processor at 2.13 GHz with 1066 MHz FSB and 2 x 4 MB L2 cache
  • 8GB RAM
  • Integrated Serial-ATA (SATA) or Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) controllers
  • 2 x WD Black 1TB drives, 2 x WD Blue 500GB drives
  • Integrated Gigabit Ethernet controller
  • Hardware-based RAID mirroring (RAID-0) and striping (RAID-1) standard or optional, depending on model, without consuming an I/O expansion slot
This system has a number of flaws, firstly it doesn't pick up any external USB sticks with a storage size more than 2GB, so had to install TrueNAS via my gaming desktop, then put the HDD into slot 0 in this IBM System.

Initially it would turn on and post, but then just stops with a flashing " - " in the top left corner and wouldn't do anything further.

I wiped all the drives, deleted any Raid Array there may of been existing and tried again........ but...... same as above.

Really need some help to get me up and running. Please help.

Thank you all in advance.
