No plugins start after restart

Now I have been running for quite some time with no issues whats so ever. Today I turned my server off to remove some redundant HDDs, these only stored pictures, nothing else no jails or plugins were installed on them drives.

When I come to power the server on all my plugins won't start, they're not red and the jails are started and running, if I click the toggle switch nothing happens

- The jails are running
- The storage is mounted and can be accessed, i.e. I can see the shares on my PC.
- The plugins aren't red

Running - FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE-201506292130
Platform - Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU G1610T @ 2.30GHz
Memory - 10179MB

I'm not sure what information to upload, so let me know what you need and how to get it and I will post it.

I have played around with a couple network settings, but still doesn't start.

can you try running the below in the plex jail and post the output

Thanks for replying, but my girlfriend was on me because plex wasn't working I had to reinstall, it's ok it's happened to me before so I will try it then lol
