No Network

Just received my new SuperMicro NAS. In the install process but FreeNas not identifying any of the NIC.
What to do? New at this this is my 3rd install, previous 2 went well.

So my NICs are RTL8201N PHY. Any idea how to get the drivers for this or do I need to get a compatible NIC card?

Search for realtek drivers. Someone in the forum posted the .ko file. If that doesn't work you are probably screwed until/if FreeNAS is compiled with a version of FreeBSD that does have support. There's a reason why everyone just recommends Intel cards. They "just work".
