Hello! when installing the system does not see the Raid array.
Drives connected to Raid Controller - Microsemi Adaptec SmartRAID 3154-8i8e
Updated BIOS Raid Controller from under Windows. Created in Raid Drives Windows sees.
If you disassemble Raid, it does not see the disks during installation.
What could be the options?
Thank you in advance! :)

The use of RAID controllers is not a goo idea for FreeNAS, see hardware-recommendations-guide:
Common mistakes:

The following are common mistakes which should be avoided at all costs:
  • Using any SATA controller card. These are universally crap.
  • Using SATA port multipliers. Intel SATA controllers do not support these, they are built down to a price and are generally unreliable.
  • Using any sort of hardware RAID
    • Exporting individual drives as RAID0 volumes is not a good solution
    • The vast majority of hardware RAID controllers is not appropriate for FreeNAS
You should go for a LSI based host bus adapter.
