I dont have a permanent display on my freenas server.
The problem is, when i want to connect a display, to lookup something it doesnt work until i reboot it.
(Display is connected with VGA)

How can i force freenas, to enable display output, even when no display is connected while booting?

I had a computer that did that to me. A previous build. It is the hardware, not FreeNAS.
What hardware are you using.

Its a ASRock J3710M
That's not a server board, like the first three builds that I did, and it is one of the reasons why I switched to using server equipment is their firmware is designed to keep the output active so a technician with a crash cart can come up with a monitor and plug it in. Regular desktop boards turn it off like this. It has VGA, DVI, AND HDMI; have you tried all three to see if it just defaulted to one of the other outputs?

The thing that I found worked for my system was to use a DVI to VGA adapter and leave the adapter plug on the DVI port. It fools the system board into thinking that the monitor is still present. No guarantee that will work with yours.
