When I go to services/nfs, the Bind IP addresses field is blank. When I enable the service I cannot get to NFS from any machine. I have no firewall and this previously worked with truenas core. I have checked dmesg and a few other logs but can't really find any errors that really stand out.

I'm happy to pull any logs as needed, not sure why it's not pulling the interface options or why the service starts but nothing can get to it.

Thank

Hi,

For make NFS working you don't have to do more than enable it.
Make change in this screen is only needed if you have specific needs.

However you have to add NFS shares from the Shares Menu :

I'm aware that's how it's supposed to work but right now the service isn't starting properly. I've been using FreeNAS/TrueNAS for long time and am fairly adept at adding shares. This box is for my homelab to start evaluating the developing of SCALE as it matures. Right now the the service not starting properly is a pretty big issue. The other issue I pointed out is that I can not bind NFS to a specific interface as you can with CORE. In my homelab, I have VLANs setup for several networks including IOT and Guests and I don't want all services being on those VLANS.

Bad install, I reinstalled TN SCALE and then imported the same pools and created the same shares, then enabled the service and all works now.
