NextCloud Plug-in - Installing apps

I can’t seem to wrap my head around, how to install apps from the NextCloud AppStore to the NextCloud Plugin. I may have missed the perfectly Obvious to be honest. I’ve been trying to wrap my a head around for days and can’t seem to find how to install it on there from FreeNas GUI.

Can’t you just log in as admin and enable them directly as you do in a non-plugin jail?

When I go to the apps section and click not enabled, the one I want isn't on there. I have the .tar file for Next Cloud. I just don't know where to put it and run it's installation.
