Nextcloud jail corrupted on install. Cannot delete it

So I'm new to True/Freenas but have some linux skills. I'm new to the concept of jails however. I used the plugins section from the gui and tried installing Nextcloud. The install seems to have failed and I'm getting the an error stating that I need to destroy the jail and recreate it. When I try to delete the jail I get the following error...

Items Delete Failed

• NextCloud: NextCloud is missing it's configuration, please destroy this jail and recreate it.

The jail is not running according to the UI. I'm logged in as root so I'm fairly certain it's not a permissions issue. What am I missing here?

Tried creating a new instance following instructions online. I'm getting this error as it installs
