Gentlemen:

Couldn't help but notice there was new (at least, new to me) BIOS versions over at SuperMicro for most/all of the mainline X10 boards, "version 3.0". I like to know what I'm getting into, what's different, since updating BIOSes is not without risk. Unfortunately: There was no changelog. But, one of the guys at SuperMicro emailed me one about 2 hours after I bitched about it. I told him I was using an X10SLM+F, so this changelog I assume goes specifically with that, but I also assume that the other boards have similar revisions for 3.0:

BIOS 3.0
1. Updated ME firmware to 3.00.07.024
2. Updated Intel RC 2.7.1
3. Kernel Code Update to HashWell Refresh 4.6.5.4_VEB_1ARXN018.
4. Support BroadWell CPU.
5. Fixed L1 Data Cache and L4 Cache show "Not Present" in Setup when used Broadwell CPU.

BIOS 2.0
1. Updated ME firmware to 3.0.5.128.
2. Updated Intel RC 1.0.0.
3. Kernel Code Update to HashWell Refresh 4.6.5.4_VEB_1ARXN004.
4. Fixed package C6 show 0% with i350 in Linux.
5. Fixed OOB test fail.
6. Fixed TXT test fail issue.
7. Update the TXT ACM module to production version.
8. Fixed RHEL works abnormal after reboot.
