New User - operational error with writing to Windows shares

Basically I set up a new install of FreeNas 9.3. I set up 7 new shares Admin - Admin6.
I use a Robocopy script to copy a directory from each of the PC's to their respective Freenas shares.
But for some reason writing for example to Admin1 writes the same content to all shares.
I have checked the Robocopy script - but PC Admin6 doesn't use Robocopy but its Freenas Admin6 share still has data from other PC's.

No one can help you troubleshoot this until you provide your script plus the details on the perms for each share.
