New UI not loading correctly?

I know the new UI is in development but it's not loading correctly on my end. After looking at the console, I'm seeing the following error.

Template parse warnings:
The <template> element is deprecated. Use <ng-template> instead ("

Is anyone else getting the same issue when trying to load the new UI?

Mine looks like this. is this not correct? Because if it is, it looks like garbage.

That's the new UI, it's expected to be broken at times.

yea.. I guess it makes sense since it's not ready yet. I still opened a bug just in case.
