I upgraded to a new Ryzen5 5500 based system and I see the below error on boot. I'm just moving my disks as is from previous old system. I know this isn't related to TrueNas per se but I wanted to know can I say Yes to this message or will it lose any type of encryption keys that my existing install has? For now, I am selecting N and continuing and TrueNas is working fine.

Not so much encryption keys (although that's part of what can be in it) but the information about secure-boot if you had that set in UEFI. No other impact should come from that for TrueNAS.

So that isn't the TrueNAS encryption keys, those aren't stored in TPM at any time AFAIK.
