Networking issue after enabling plugins

Hi there.

I just installed freeNAS 8.3 on my HP n40l, and I added an static route.
After installing some plugins - sabnzbd/sickbeard/headphones there seems to be a problem with the network configuration and I don't know how to fix it.

in sabnzbd, when I try to test my server it says "invalid server adress"
sickbeard and headphones won't update.
When I'm in a shell and I do a ping.google.com it says "cannot resolve google.com: Host name lookup failure"

There must be something wrong with the default gateway or dnsI think? but I can't fix this.

I hope someone can help me out !

Oke, after a while I finally figured it out.
My nameserver wasn't correct, I set it to 8.8.8.8 and voila, everything works perfect now.
SAB downloads solid 5MB/s now, in my first setting (FreeNAS on a 2GB USB stick) it was 2MB/s, read somewhere that SAB is quite CPU(eq RAM) demanding so I tried it on a 4GB stick and it runs better.
