Network trouble when i create Ubuntu template

things I miss after booting the jail the first time.
i dident have folder run
i dident have any resolvconf.

1. ping 192.168.X.X
   connect: Network is unreachable

I see exact same problem described above in 9.2.1.2 and 9.1.2.3
I can ping FreeNAS->Jail, not Jail->anywhere

(1) I also see the netstat not working:
root@Ubuntu:/# netstat -nr
/proc/net/route: No such file or directory
INET (IPv4) not configured in this system.
root@Ubuntu:/#

(2) But I seem to have resolv.conf being referenced to resolvconf:
root@Ubuntu:/# ls /etc/resolv*
/etc/resolv.conf

/etc/resolvconf:
interface-order resolv.conf.d update.d
