ok, so you can save 104GB if you delete all the attributed snapshots. Personally it looks like your storage has been over provisioned and the only way you are going to sort this is by A. Deleting some data and attributed snapshots or B. Adding more storage.

Your storage should never have been allowed to exceed 80% really. When I build a new system I use the site below to tell me how much space I will get if I stick to the 80% rule. I then set a quota to one of my parent datasets to never allow them to exceed that figure.

https://jsfiddle.net/Biduleohm/paq5u7z5/1/embedded/result/

You sir need to get back down to 80% ideally and then apply that same method I would suggest.

If you give me the output of:

zpool status

and a screen shot of your 'view disks' area under Storage then I may be able to make some upgrade suggestions.

Go to Storage, Snapshots, click on the filter on the left and type Backup_Storage/Windows Backup and then delete the lot if you want your 104GB back. They are only snapshots so don't worry you are not deleting live data. If you would rather delete a few of the oldest first and keep checking your free space and it should start climbing a little.

Im guessing you have 4 x 8TB drives based on the size of your pool and zpool status.

It has 4 disks total I think and that's all it will fit
So if that's the case and it does already have 4 x 8TB drives then your only real upgrade options are to replace all drives with either 10TB or 12TB drives. When I say replace all of them I mean on at a time as if they have failed and let each one re-silver before replacing the next. Once all four are done your pool will grow in size.

ok thats better as you only have 4TB drives at the mo. So I would purchase yourself 4 x 8/10 or 12TB drives and like I said replace the 4s one at a time.

Offline one. Remove it. Add the new drive. Replace old with new via the UI. WAIT for it to re-silver before doing another THIS BIT IS VERY IMPORTANT. Once re-silver is complete (I would guess 24/48hours) then replace the next drive in exactly the same way. You will not get all your new space until the last drive is replaced and resilvered.
