native block size

Hi, with the new 9.2 i get this warning "The volume dati (ZFS) status is ONLINE: One or more devices are configured to use a non-native block size. Expect reduced performance.Replace affected devices with devices that support the configured block size, or migrate data to a properly configured pool."

It means that one of my disks has the problem or the whole pool? how can i solve this?
