9.2 rc a non-native block size error

WARNING: The volume Backup (ZFS) status is ONLINE: One or more devices are configured to use a non-native block size. Expect reduced performance.Replace affected devices with devices that support the configured block size, or migrate data to a properly configured pool.

This shows for one drive only and wasn't present with 9.1
