NAS Storage / NVR

I have a Hikvision NVR Series DS-7600, model: DS-7616NI-K2. I would like to forward all camera recordings to TrueNAS. I've created a NAS-type path on TrueNAS and specified the path to the NVR. However, in the NVR settings, the path appears as 'Status: Offline.' Has anyone encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it? I have been unable to solve this problem for 3 months.

The camera I am using is an Ezviz. In TrueNAS, I configured an NFS folder, and within the NVR on the web interface, I specified its path, setting it as a NAS type. However, it does not go online; its status always remains offline.

Hi I was using Hikvision cameras recording to TrueNas core .
Recently I tried TrueNas Scale due to its increased functions now I cant get the HDDs to show online in the camera storage management section ?
I setup a spare pc running the latest version of core & the HDDs show online with that .
What TrueNas are you using & have you rebooted the camera ?
