NAS Server dies under load

Hello,

We have a 4.5TB NAS with Dell 1950 as the Server and Dell Powervaults, We have 7 Zimbra servers with NFS shares back to the NAS and all works without issue however once we have two of the Zimbra servers doing full backups of mail stores over the NFS shares (two different shares) the NAS has somewhat high CPU (Less than 5.0) and then it dies and has to be rebooted to recover.

64Bit Dell 1950 with Dual 3.4 CPU, 8GB of memory.

FreeNas 8.3p1

Storage is ALL ZFS ver 28

Any ideas?

Sorry, no. That certainly shouldn't happen.

What exactly do you mean by "dies"? Stops sharing, stops responding on the network, stops responding at the console...?
