NAS API Error during Cluster Creation

Spinning up a test cluster on top of VMWare to begin vetting Scale.

Have 3 nodes setup, all imported into TrueCommand (running in docker)

Attempting to add the three nodes into the cluster caused a NAS API Error with no additional data. Additional Attempts indicate

NAS API ERROR
"These systems are already part of a 2 trusted peer pools"

Figured I'd ask as peeking through the logs and documentation didn't reveal anything obvious. Before I blast the VM's aways and attempt again any initial thoughts?

Can you describe the networking and IP addressing setup?

Single NIC at the moment, static IP's on each host. Running nested on VMWare for testing purposes.

Yep, full communication, same VLAN.
