NAS 9.3 Hard drive accessed every 5 sec

hello all,
I have 9.3 and I have played around with smart setting nothing is helping.
The hard drives are accessed every 5 sec and tried the command ataidle in postinit for taking the HD to idle after 5 min but that doesn't happen. I moved the .system out from the data drives to the usb drives where I have nas 9.3 is installed still doing the same thing . In theory the usb drive should be accessed for logs but still my 3 data drives are accessed every 5 secs.
Any help is appreciated.

Disconnect the Ethernet cable from your FreeNAS unit. Does the accessing stop? If yes then it's something on your network accessing the pool, if not then it's something in FreeNAS.

So lets say it's FreeNAS, do you have any jails/plugins? If yes, turn them off.

There is much to do to figure out what is causing the issue, see what you come up with.

Ethernet cable did not help but your plugins disable helped. I have plex running and I stopped it and the 5 sec access stopped. I installed MiniDLNA instead and it doesn't access the drive as Plex server does.
