Hello all,
Firstly, many thanks to the mods and other contributing members for maintaining such an active and helpful community for FreeNAS. Already learning quite a bit since really not from FreeBSD, Unix, or Linux world (mostly Windows).
Recently, built a FreeNAS system (see below) which is up and running well.
Build: FreeNAS-9.10.2-U2 (e1497f2)
Motherboard & Platform: Supermicro Mini-ATX - X10SDV-TLN4F (with Intel XeonCPU D-1541 @ 2.10GHz)
Memory: 2 * Crucial CT16G4RFD4213 16GB Single DDR4 2133 MT/s (PC4-2133) CL15 DR x4 ECC Registered DIMM 288-Pin Server Memory
HDD: 4 * WD 4TB Red NAS
Cabinet: Silverstone DS380B
PSU: SilverStone Technology 450W SFX Form Factor 80 PLUS BRONZE Power Supply (ST45SF-V3)
Still coming to terms with a completely new software platform and 'appliance' for, mainly, home use as NAS and PLEX. Going forward, potentially, for some language learning through jails and light software development application.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello.
