Multiple Login Problem

I am relatively new to FreeNAS. I have 2 volumes defined on my NAS. I am logging in from an Apple MacBook Pro. Given my setup, I am required to login to both volumes separately. Isn't there a way that I can do one login that would be validated on both of the volumes?

yes, cache your credentials on the client.

Thanks for the prompt reply. However, I am not quite sure what that means.

when you authenticate, your Mac should prompt you to save your credentials in it's 'key chain' (i think that's what it is called). sadly i don't have a mac so i'll be as much good as google to you. quick google shows it's down at the bottom when you enter your credentials, you can have it save it in your key chain.
