mp3 file is write protected

I am in the middle of organizing my music library which is shared from my FreeNAS 9.3 server over Windows Sharing.

One file won't or move because it is read only. I have checked the permissions and ownership and it looks ok to me.

I have attached a screen shot of what the command line output for a ls -l looks like in the album folder. (i like Beyonce - don't judge)

Why is 1 mp3 file marked with an asterisk and green?

How can i fix this please?

I think the green is because the execute bit is set.

Are there any differences between this file and the others if you run getfacl * in that directory?
