Motherbord Choice

Hi to all. I am a novice to this and need some help with a motherboard choice. I want to build a Free NAS Drive rack mount.
I have my case a Rosewill RSV-L4412 – 4U and 8TB x 12 96TB of WD RED HDD now I am stuck on what motherboard to get as I will need 13 Sata ports and 1tb of ram to run free nas. would like to stick with some sort of INTEL processor. Can you help me.

You are likely better off getting an HBA, and you don't "need" 1TB RAM.

I will be using my NAS as a Plex Media server plus I have a large photo library useing photoshop and would like to do Some video editing at a later date.
