I manually updated Plex then subsequently updated FreeNAS then I was not able to restart Plex so I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it and then manually updated it again. After all this I noticed this /mnt/PlexVoume/Jail/.warden-template-pluginjail-11.0-x64 under my Volumes and not sure how it got there or if I should remove it? Actually two, there is also /mnt/PlexVoume/Jail/.warden-template-pluginjail-11.0-x64-20180908231454... Not even sure how to remove them :-(

I don't understand why I see the /mnt/PlexVoume/Jail/.warden-template-pluginjail-11.0-x64 under storage on the Left side but not under storage from the top menu and on the right side of screen? Would someone please explain this to me. See second attached screen capture.

Those are the templates that the jails are created from. Leave them if you intend to install jails.

Having said that, warden is being phased out to be replaced with iocage. You would be much better off manually creating a jail using iocage and installing plex in it.
