mixing sata and sas (sata in host server and sas in jbod)

its that time again and i need to add more storage space to my server. I am looking to build a jbod of all sas drive while having satas in the host server. the sas would be a third vdev for my pool so i have 4tb*6 for each vdev, except the third one would be all sas drives is this ok to do?

ZFS does not care about the disk interface as such, but different performance of vdevs may cause some space usage imbalances and more performance artifacts later. But it will work, if that is not critical. The same would happen with just drives of different model. And any way happen if you add new vdev to already filled pool.

yea my pool is pretty much full so im willing to take some performance impact if i have to, thanks
