Mirror Raid with Local Disk on ESXi Server

Hello,
I have only one physical server and i want use VMware vSphere 5.1.
I would like to know if it's technicallly possible to use my two 1TB local disks to make a mirror RAID with a virtual machine FreeNAS ?
and How To...
