Mirror existing boot device - 15KB/s resilver rate?

Hi All,

I've used the GUI to add a USB2.0 thumb drive to my system, and "attached" it to the original boot USB drive. It's currently resilvering at a rate of 15 KB/s. This seems extraordinarily slow. Granted, the box isn't really doing anything else, but do you have a sense of what might be causing this?

HP Microserver N40L
16GB ECC Ram
4x 2TB WD Red in RaidZ2
1x Sandisk Cruzer Fit 8GB (original boot)
1x PNY 32GB (resilver target)

I plan on swapping out the sandisk for a matching PNY 32GB once the resilver is done.

USB thumbs drives have terrible random iops characteristics so the resilver of a USB thumb drive is going to be painfully slow. Don't worry about it, it will finish eventually.
