Minute & hour in rsync & cronjob on 8.0.1

I can't choose the minutes and hours in the rsync or cronjobs on the beta 8.0.1 version, there isn't any input box to do that, is there a bug? or am I doing something wrong?, plz help

Clear your cache, or try IE9. Both worked for me.
