Minidlna Unsuccessful getting details

Hello, I've been using freenas for a couple of months and after a rocky start it is changing my tv watching life. But the gf can't watch one of her shows. This is the error I'm getting, I've done some googling but nothing good comes up.

I'm streaming from PC to 360 over wifi.
