Migrating 400+ users from Mandriva to FreeNas

Hellou there. I am currently facing an issue how to switch from a Mandriva based Nas to Freenas. The Mandriva server runs on a windows domain network, however the top system administrators do not allow active directory implementation of the NAS and so the current NAS has over 400 own user accounts and about 20 groups to authenticate the users and to set permissions on the folder structure. The users on Mandriva where created by console commands, but that system does not work for Freenas, so how to migrate the current users together with the groups , the data and the applied permissions to Freenas?

That is the definition of the reason for domain integration. If you have that many accounts to create manually, it is not going to be much fun.
