Medium Error asc: 11, 0 Unrecovered read error SCSI status error

Hello All,

I received this error while trying to install FreeNAS 8.0.2 on an HP DL385 G5 server. This does have the Smart Array 400 controller.

Has anyone seen this before?

Additional Information

I also tried installing FreeNAS 7 on the same server and received the error message "ACD Failure Read_Big Medium Error".

It works now

Oddly enough, I walked away from the machine while the install was running. It was continuing to prodcue the errors I had mentioned. I came back 45 minutes or so later and the install had actually advanced past the errors and I was able to get it to install.
