SOLVED Maxproc limit exceded by uid 0

just upgraded to freenas 11 because my freenas 9.10 wouldn't boot. Everything works great, but my console keeps showing
Maxproc limit exceded by uid 0 (pid #####); see tuning(7) and login.conf(5)
##### are numbers that continue to grow by random numbers {ex: 70944, 70949, 70952 each time}
not sure really what to do couldn't find almost anything online about the subject

Which plugins are you running? It sounds like one of them needs a Tunable.

This gave me the idea to Uninstall and reinstalled plex and it worked fine. Thank you for inspiring me :D
