Well, TrueNAS SCALE itself definately isn't including any Apps at all. There is an official catalog which isn't planning to include seperate databases

Well I was able to start mysql-server in TrueNAS scale, but when I restart the server it deletes everything that I had registered, data tables and other configurations, what will it be ??? why not save, some help

You need to create a volume (dataset managed by TrueNAS) or a define a host volume map to persist your database (path to persist depends on the app).
But at first, you should learn how to deal with kubernetes to understand the concept otherwise you may lose some data if you misconfigure your apps.
