MacOS just loosing all network connection when trying to tranfer.

anybody know why my M1 macbook pro just looses all sense of being on a network when trying to transfer any files to a pool, so it says it is connected to the network but cant even open a simple webpage, then I have to restart the macbook and it is fine till i try to tranfer anything to the truenas core pool

on my windows machine it is fine.

Not that it should make a difference in any way and it's ultimately a MacOS bug of some sort - but what kind of transfer, SMB?

So I am only running into this issue when I write to the pool from my Mac.
