Hi, so I have FreeNAS on a USB connected to a laptop with some external hard-drives connected. I setup FreeNAS on a Windows 7 system and was able to connect (CIFS) and copy files and such just fine. When trying to connect from a MacBook and entering my username and password it accepts as in the window closes (which it does not if entered wrong) but nothing seems to happen after. When configuring the AFP share and selecting read/write/execute and hitting ok it seems good but when reopening it does not show any changes to permissions not sure if this is the issue or not, any help appreciated.
