LTS (Hikvision) NVR / Getting error when formatting TrueNAS NFS share

I am trying to get our NVR to record to our TrueNAS system..
I have set up a storage pool, dataset, and NFS share on TrueNAS which shows up fine in the NVR's Net HDD screen. But when I try to format the uninitialized drive on the NVR, it errors out about 3 minutes in. I have already hidden the snapshots folder and set up a 600GB quota for the dataset. Is there something else I am missing to get this drive working on the NVR?

Try with Maproot User = root and Maproot group = Wheel

I tried that, but still no luck. Getting 'device error' when formatting the drive thru the nvr.
