I had FreeNAS working like a champ for our image server. However, something went wrong with the boot drive and wouldn't boot up anymore. I was getting "Fatal trap 12: Page fault while in Kernel mode.

I reinstalled FreeNAS, I can not seem how to figure out hot mount the drives back. I am able to see the two drives I used for the images, but don't know how to mount them now.. Any help would be great!

See the freenas manual.. search for auto-import.

Fatal trap 12 is usually indicative of a hardware problem. Download a copy of memtest86+ and run 3 complete tests. It'll take awhile to run.

Do you have another suitable system to run FreeNAS on? You might try installing FreeNAS on a new USB drive and moving the old disks to the other hardware and auto importing them.

I had this problem a few years ago. Couldn't find the bad hardware, but replacing the server resolved my problem.
