I was running my freenas in stripe using a bunch of disk to get one pool. I have ada0 flake out and now my pool is gone. Is there a way to get my data off each drive and rebuild it?
No. That's what happens when you stripe disks together (and this isn't unique to ZFS; traditional RAID0 is this way as well)--when one disk goes, you lose everything in the array.
Cheapest thing is to try and recover ada0 yourself, or send it for recovery. If you're lucky, you can put the recovered drive back in and get access to the pool.
What exactly does this mean? Provide some details and maybe someone can at least try to help you recover the drive before you do some irreparable damage. Also provide your system specs per the forum rules so we don't have to ask you for it again, providing you wanted to go down this path.
