Long Load Time in Security Tab

Hello, I'm currently having a problem when accessing the Security tab for the shared files. In the Security tab, when I double clicked on the users to configure their permissions, it froze for a solid 10 seconds before it runs smoothly again as shown in the attachment. May I know what may be the cause of the problem or is there an existing solution to fix this. Thank you

Were you able to figure this out? If not, which version of Windows? Which version of FreeNAS?
