morning all
yesterday i copied a bunch of stuff off to my freenas box
mostly my /home from my desktop
it looked like all was well as i saw the stuff in the file system
but today when i went to retrieve some of it for to use on the fresh install of my desktop
i can see all the folders but they are all empty
and oddly its showing all the space being used that should be used to store all of them
i ssh into the freenas and snooped around and i cant see the files there either
but the system still reports the space being used
rundown
FreeNAS-8.0-RELEASE-amd64
using nfs exports for the clients
debian for the clients
im afraid to do a scrub on the pool if it fixed it by freeing space
am i screwed ?:(
thanks
