LAGG with HA

Is there anywhere I can find documentation on best practices for LAGG with HA? I've got a Z30 with Enterprise, but it's no longer supported (EOL). Seem to remember that support had recommended putting one physical interface from each node in a lagg so that failover from one node/nic to the other was all taking place within a lagg, but for the life of me I can't find my documentation from 3 years ago. All ixsystems support sent over was a very basic "getting started" guide, which has nothing in it about HA setup.

Any best practice suggestions or any idea where I can find documentation on lagg with HA?
