LACP LAG only works with either cable, not both

I recently added another NIC to my FreeNAS (8.2.0 RELEASE P1 x64)
Switch = DELL PowerConnect 2724

I got the LAG set up and everything worked fine for about an hour and stopped. I had to reboot and now it doesn't work. The second I disconnect one cable it works again (works on EITHER) cable. With both connected I can't ping my freenas box or ping my router from the Freenas shell.

I HAVE rebuilt the LAG twice and same and it still only works over one cable but not with both plugged in simultaneously.

Any Ideas?

I've ruled out the 2724 settings. My friends Nas4Free box is able to negotiate the lag with either, or both cables plugged into the same switch ports. I unplugged his, plugged in one of my cables started a ping (ping 10.0.0.*** -t) with one cable attached and great responses, and it stopped the second the second cable plugged in. =/
