Kodi won't scan files

Not sure what happened or updated but Kodi won't scan my Library. I can search and find it through "files" but it won't scan ( It was saying busy). The last thing I remember doing was updating emby.
Permission issue ? The files all list 816.

I just checked and my mnt/cormadVolume/media is set media:media

why do you mention emby when this thread is about kodi? are you using the emby add-on for kodi? if so kodi isn't the thing that needs to scan your library. if kodi can read the files, and playback media files, then this sounds like a problem on the kodi side.
