Jail networking issue

I am running Plex in a Jail on 9.10 stable, I recently switched routers and can no longer update my packages within my jail. I changed the setting to how I previously had them, but I am still having issues and cannot figure out why. I tried some troubleshooting steps found elsewhere but no luck so far. I can ping anything on my network fine, and I can ping 8.8.8.8, but when I try an external site, such as google.com I get a host name lookup failure.

What is your gateway IP address and also what is the contents of /etc/resolv.conf in the jail?
