Is it possible to customize Plex?

I have TrueNAS Scale and Plex installed from TrueCharts. Is there a way to customize Agents and install custom scripts? I am trying to install the following things:

- https://github.com/ZeroQI/YouTube-Agent.bundle
- https://github.com/mza921/Plex-Auto-Collections
