iomega NAS200d

I am totally new to this and have just bought an Iomega NAS200d, it comes with no software (should be MS Server 2003). I have formatted both of the HD's and I have tried to install using USB (bios has options for USB-FDD, USB-HDD or USB-CDROM) but I can not get it too load. Any ideas much appreciated.

looking at the spec for that i would say its not really equiped for zfs. 512 mb ram is pushing it.

see if the usb stick boots on a different computer.
